Speaking from Among the Bones. A Flavia de Luce Novel.

Step aside Harriette the Spy, Flavia has taken over! In her fifth adventure Flavia de Luce is keen to solve another murder in her English village. I enjoyed every page of sassy Flavia’s wars with her sisters while relying on her savant knowledge of chemistry to solve the crime. Although Flavia is 11-years-old, her sophisticated wit and Alan Brady’s intricate mystery makes for a great adult read. Fair warning: The cliff hanging last sentence has me impatiently tapping my foot for Flavia’s next exploit.
