    Go Away, Big Green Monster!

Go Away, Big Green Monster! absolutely engages young children. If you don't believe me, read it to a group of preschoolers. This book is about taking apart a monsters scary features with each turn of the page, until the last page his face disappears. The design of the book is cut out pages with bright colors behind a black background that overlap to create a hideous looking monster. There might be thrills and chills in the beginning of the story but by the end, its the monster that will be out of the picture and the book forever....or until he is told that he can come back.
