Eugenia Thornton Scholarship

Could you use some extra money for college?  If you are a graduating senior from the Cleveland School District with at least a 2.7 grade point average, the Friends of the Cleveland Public Library invite you to apply for a 2009 Eugenia Thornton Cleveland Public Library Patron Scholarship today.  For an application and more information about the $1,000 scholarship, please visit your local Cleveland Public Library or contact the Friends of the Cleveland Public Library at (216)623-2821.  The deadline for applications is May 29, 2009. 

This is the season for filling out financial aid forms and searching for scholarships and grants for education.  Visit your local branch library or the Social Sciences department at Main Library for help in finding the right funding opportunities for your education.
